Gustavo Alvarado

Gustavo Alvarado was born and raised in Costa Rica but spent almost 20 years living and working in Switzerland. A long time nurse assistant, he changed direction and started a Biergarten in Zürich with his best friend, a concept that still today is running successfully. After 6 years in the restaurant industry, he pivoted once again and returned to Costa Rica to take advantage of the enormous business opportunities and the pura vida lifestyle his home country is famous for. While in Switzerland, he experienced the European culture and traditions and became fluent in German, Swiss-German, Italian, and English. Having returned to Costa Rica, he's passionate about helping his worldly community buy and sell property in Costa Rica.
